The kit includes a supercardioid shotgun mic, a combination pistol-grip and tripod stand, an adjustable cell phone/smart device holder, 36-chip LED video light for extra illumination, and a a Bluetooth shutter for operating your iPhone or Android device with ease.
The microphone’s unidirectional polar pattern focuses audio on what’s directly in front of the mic, tamping down extraneous ambient noise. It sits on a cold shoe mount that interfaces with the cell phone holder, which can adjust to many differently sized devices. Use the pistol grip to hold the mic/phone combo in front of you, or turn it into a tripod when you’re sitting at a desk. The light is rechargeable. The mic and the Bluetooth shutter release both ship with batteries included. A foam windscreen is supplied, as is a TRRS cable for use with compatible smartphones.
