Photo Gifts
To receive most of out photo gifts before Christmas, your orders will need to be received no later than December 11th at 11:59pm.
Greeting Cards & Calendars
Press Printed Greeting Cards & Calendars take approximately 3-5 business days. Traditional photo greeting cards (4×8 and 5×7) can be printed same day with RUSH service.
Video & Movie Film Transfers
An order of 10 tapes/reels or less can be completed by Christmas if dropped off no later than December 2nd. Orders dropped off after this deadline can still be completed, within reasonable size order, but will incur a RUSH fee of 30-75% of the order total depending on how close to Christmas it is dropped off.
Photographic Prints
Standard photographic prints from wallets to poster sizes take 1-3 business days to complete. Same-Day RUSH service is available.
Photographic Restorations
Photographic restorations take between 3-10 business days depending on the amount of restoration needed.
Film Photography Lab
Film processing is done within 1-3 business days. Same-day RUSH service is available for an extra $5 per roll.
Deadline & RUSH Policy
Deadlines are just guidelines and in no way guarantee work will be done in a particular set time. Work is completed in the order it was received. RUSH service is approved by management on a case-by-case basis. RUSH service DOES NOT guarantee that the order will be done in any promised time but will move your order ahead of the line to be worked on sooner. Deadlines are subject to change with no notice. RUSH fees are not fixed rates and can change depending on the work to be done and the time it is needed to be done in. RUSH fees are pre-paid and are non-refundable.
